The X-640 modem is a VDSL2/ADSL2+ Router designed to provide flexible connectivity for SOHO and residential applications. Its powerful VDSL2 interface can provide up to 100Mbs downstream capability. The X-640 also supports fall back to ADSL2+ if VDSL training fails. The X-640 is equipped with four 10/100BaseT Ethernet ports with Auto MDI/MDIx capability. Its multi-port configuration is ideal for small-office networking applications. The X-640 is equipped with an 802.11b/g compliant wireless LAN providing easy access to the network without the need for hard-wired connections. Its WiFi interface supports 802.1x, WEP, WEP2, WPA, WPA2, TKIP, AES, and 80211.i security encryption protocols.
